On Monday 11th May, we attended an inspiring event at the London Transport Museum alongside Women in Bus and Coach.

The event brought together professionals from across the passenger transport industry to celebrate the achievements of women within the sector, with a series of insightful speeches and discussions highlighting progress, opportunity and representation across the industry.

Two new Blue Plaques were unveiled, honouring Helen Clifford, recognising her pioneering contribution to the transport industry. One plaque was unveiled at the London Transport Museum, with the second displayed at the Stratford Bus Interchange.

“Dawsongroup are one of the founding businesses for Women in Bus and Coach, and this event validates our confidence in the initiative. We are delighted with what’s being delivered and look forward to even greater success in the future.” Paul Sainthouse, Managing Director, Dawsongroup bus and coach.
