Dawsongroup has proudly supported the Highland Council Group’s expansion into new areas of operation in Scotland, supplying two Mercedes Tourismo Coaches. Each vehicle offers 59 fully seat-belted seats and is fully PSVAR compliant.
This handover marks an exciting milestone for our customer, as it represents the Highland Council Group’s first operation outside of the Inverness area, with Dawsongroup proudly assisting in their expansion. The delivery also coincides with the group’s extension of their existing contracts with Dawsongroup, following a successful partnership in managing their school transport vehicles.
Steve Bailey, our Service Delivery Manager for the North, demonstrated Dawsongroup’s commitment to outstanding customer service by arranging delivery outside regular working hours and personally ensuring a smooth, flexible handover, allowing the customer to meet their deadline.
