Bolton-based Vision Bus Ltd successfully completed a smooth and efficient handover of 10 new service buses, with Dawsongroup.

Following Vision Bus securing a new contract from Lancashire County Council, Dawsongroup was entrusted with sourcing and preparing 10 new vehicles which were needed for the new contract. The vehicles included seven new ADL E200 8.9m 30str and three new Volvo Evora 10.8m 38str service buses.

The team at Dawsongroup were extremely efficient in preparing the vehicles for this contract. This included painting the vehicles in Vision Bus’s branding and equipping them with next stop displays, induction loops, and CCTV systems, provided by Journeo.

The deal was expertly managed by Dawsongroup bus and coach’s service delivery team, with special thanks to Steve Bailey and Wendy Bingham and the rest of the Hellaby Team, for a swift and seamless delivery turn-around.

Lee Salt, Regional Sales Manager, said “It’s been fantastic to support our customer as they expand with this new contract. Supplying 10 new service buses on time and to spec was a real team effort, and we’re proud to have played a part in helping them grow. Providing reliable vehicles backed by responsive, top-quality service is what we’re all about—and it’s great to see that making a real difference for our customers.”

Following the positive experience, Vision Bus has already placed an order for four additional vehicles to be supplied in the coming months.
